Dave has been with RSM US LLP for over 23 years. Dave specializes in serving manufacturing, distribution and professional service organizations and physician practices.

Dave provides tax planning and compliance services as well as business advice to closely-held, entrepreneurial businesses and their owners. Some specific areas of expertise include entity selection, S corporation taxation, stock options and IRS audit representation.

Dave has been married to his wife Jody for 20 years and has 2 children, Parker, age 16, and Peyton, age 6. His interests include fishing, watching his son participate in sports and daughter participate in dance.
